Behind the design of TEDxUbud's 2019 badges and bags

Our badge and bag design are close to our hearts when we start event concept and design brainstorming. Every year we try and outdo the previous year’s editions. With the theme of Movement this year, we really wanted to have a surprise moving element in our badges. We created many different pop-up prototypes before landing on the version we used- an accordion X that held the program information for attendees.

Our favorite bag color this year had to be the deep yellow. The bags were designed to be suitable for men and women and also to fit a laptop.

As always, we curated things that people would need and treasure once they got home, including a water bottle, bug spray, simple bracelet, snacks, a cord organizer and a beautiful notebook. All products from local companies with incredible commitment to their iskand home.
